22.01.2022 A dish from Tomo's amazing weekend lunch menu. Japanese omelette sandwiches, so delicious and who knows how he keeps that soft bread so perfectly light and fluffy. Such a blast photographing this menu and getting to savour the delights. Book in for lunch this week and try for yourself. There's ramen too!! @restaurant_plage

20.01.2022 Chocolate beetroot 'cactus' cakes with buttercream frosting and dehydrated pineapple flowers for @rosecolbeck fiesta exhibition opening. These little cakes went down a treat and were such fun to create. We love working with different clients to make an extra special bespoke menu.

14.01.2022 I've been having a wonderful time the last few days taking photos of dishes at the most incredible new restaurant in Neutral Bay called Plage. I was lucky enough to sample all of the dishes we shot (quite full right now) and all I can say is this is the best food in the north and definitely worth a trip over the bridge. The perfect place for an intimate dinner and their lunch menu is absolutely killer too!! So excited to have this place so close to home and my stomach is looking forward to my next visit already. @restaurant_plage
