Melt chocolate, butter and 1 cup of cream over water bath. 2. Remove from heat, cool add egg yolks 3. Whip remaining cream to firm peaks, being careful not to overwhip, and fold into chocolate mix 4. Whip egg white to soft peaks 5. Fold in half of the egg white batch into the Chocolate mix at a time 6. Divide into glasses and put in the fridge to set 7. Unfortunately, being a family business with a small close-knit team, we are unable to maintain both the showroom and online store. Even though our Ulladulla Showroom was not situated in a prime location like our Milton Store, It has pro...ved to be bigger, better and far busier than we could have imagined.After a tumultuous year, with the bush fires, Covid-19 and everything else 2020 decided to throw our way, 2021, for us, is all about finding balance as we continue to grow. We have worked harder than ever before this past year. So, finding the right balance moving forward is extremely important to ensure we can focus on doing what we do, right. We would like to take this opportunity to thank our loyal local customers from the bottom of our hearts, for all of the love and support that you have shown us over the years. From humble beginnings in our little Milton Pop-up Store, to our expansion into a bigger premises in Ulladulla. You have been there for us since day one. This means the absolute world to us, and words cannot describe how thankful we are for your support. Although our Showroom is closing, we are continuing to offer our ‘Click & Collect’ Service. We encourage all of our local shoppers to utilise this service to still purchase our fabulous goodies at fantastic prices. For all of our customers who are unable to get to us during work hours, we have listened. We are now offering select ‘Click & Collect’ services on Saturdays each fortnight. Once again, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to everyone for all of your support. We understand this news may be disappointing to a lot of people. This has been very difficult for us to do and we certainly did not take this decision lightly.
