25.01.2022 I always use Premium Grade Coconut oil on my clients, it's great for skin and glides on beautifully for a terrific massage. Coconut Oil is also fantastic for your hair.. Massage into dry hair and leave on overnight.. put a towel on your pillow to soak up excess oil .. then wash out with a good shampoo and use a great conditioner.. Now... for TOOTHPASTE!!! Yes... Coconut Oil is a fabulous toothpaste.. here is a link to read through.. Don't forget when you make your Turmeric Tea to add a dash of coconut oil to the pot when you're boiling it up... I'd love to get some comments from you if you'd been making my blend of Turmeric Tea.. 25.01.2022 Yesterday we had fun at a HEN'S PARTY... 16 plus ladies all had a super dooper time as whilst massaging in the main bedroom I could hear peels of laughter.. 21.01.2022 We are now getting into the colder weather.. no probs, you'll be warm in my massage studio.. lovely fire, comfy blankets... and you'll really need massage in t...his weather.. Muscles will become hard and knotted because of the cold... plus you really do need constant looking after, your body will then serve you well as you get older.. 14.01.2022 UPDATE: Home from hospital after spending a week in Dandenong Hospital which I must say was wonderful in their caring and aftercare from the op.... still very sore but getting better by the day. Thank you to everyone who sent wishes to me.. it's been a hard month... 2 stints in hospitals and my teeth lol which the dentures are still floating around in my mouth and I still can't eat... well,all I can say is a new woman in 2017!!!... My op was 3 and 1/2 hours in duration which was heavy, then convalescing ... Once again thanks to all of my lovely dear friends... xxoooxxx and bring on 2017!!!!
