12.01.2022 || Nail Reconstruction || Our bliss babe came in with nails that were ONLY 2 weeks old! And were cracked, chipped & part of the thumb nails was actually missing! Normally with acrylic nails I would reconstruct the nail with a form guide but the gelish dip Nails are very different so not as simple. I thought up and idea and rolled with it! I managed to create a small form guide for the corner of the broken nail and reconstruct it with the gelish dip powder! Where there is ...a will there is a way! Constantly teaching myself new skills through the beautiful clients who allow me to trial new things with them. Now I know if you have a broken or chipped nail you may not always require a tip to correct it! Thanks to the gorgeous @carynsimone for allowing me to upskill today! 04.01.2022 || QUALITY || Ladies I cannot stress this point enough!! Please make sure when choosing your nail salon that they are using reputable products and correct technique! After removing a set of acrylic with tips from a clients nails today I found over filed weak thin and splitting nails underneath! Not only was the product a nightmare to remove but this kind of treatment can leave you with much more than just shabby looking nails this can lead to further complications includi...ng infection! I was doing my upmost to keep the clients nails in the best condition possible and promote future growth! As a qualified nail tech with extra curriculum training in products and techniques i am confident in my work, products and knowledge!!
