23.01.2022 Hello Blissbombers! It has been some time since between retreats .. and we do miss you! We are so proud of our Bliss Bomb Retreats. Each of the five retreats offered such a blissful combination of yoga and meditation, in alignment with the seasons and from our hearts to yours!... 2019 UPDATE: Jenny Yoga for Travellers is currently traveling the world, exploring new terrain and having wonderful adventures. The true wanderlust spirit .. who knows where she shall gracefully land! But, once she does .. there may be a new book and yoga classes to come. Stay tuned. Sarah Quiet Mind Meditation is quietly working away on her first book while guiding her online meditation community through a seasonal approach to meditation, mindfulness and daily life rituals - an online program called 'The Lounge'.
