15.01.2022 Well we just bottled our first premium Artisan Bush Honey Blend. This lot is from a certain Blueberry farm in Hampton. It’s a delicate mixture of blueberries and the splendid flowering Sydney gums growing on the property. Available for sale soon.....I’ll let you know where!

14.01.2022 So our very limited supply of Artisan Bush Blend Honey is available at Emeraude Restaurant at Hampton, in the High Country Hamlets Micro Region. This exquisite honey is subtly flavoured with blueberry and eucalyptus from the Hampton area. There might even be a touch of the local majestic Sydney Gum there too....ask the bees! 01.01.2022 Yes we as bee keepers are all struggling with honey flow. We don’t move our bees but rely on the local bush environment to ‘feed’ our bees and ultimately produce our honey. But they are struggling again at the end of this season as there is no flowers and consequently no honey flow. A neighbour told me yesterday they have one big tree in flower that is literally ‘shaking’ with the bees that visit it everyday!
