All ages of kids are welcome, whether they're in your arms, in your belly, wrapped around you, dancing with you, near you, playing with toys nearby while listening to the music or having a family day off school to get funky! Even if u can't find any kids to bring, just come and have a boogie! 17.01.2022 I am regretfully cancelling the first session of Bliss Dance with Kids (Thurs 25th Oct) ..as the weather forecast just keeps getting hotter (35 degrees) Sorry for any inconvenience! We will start fresh next Thursday the 31st October when it's cooled down a bit, maybe we just dance under the sprinkler for now

Well let's bring our worlds together as one and dance with our kids! ..I'm offering an event where you'll be free to.. Wear your baby and dance Have a great dance while your... kids play nearby Dance with your pre school kids Enjoy seeing your kids dance With a playlist of cool, fun tracks that kids AND parents/ caregivers can get into, we'll journey together from meditative stillness, gentle stretching and flow into dance moves and freedom to let your inner child out to play. Traditionally, cultures have always danced all together as communities.. regularly. Let's show our kids that dance doesn't need to be just about performance, the "right" steps, or being the "best". It can just be tuning in to ourselves and/or others, finding our rhythm and letting loose. They instinctively know this but it so often gets lost in the cultural messages they receive. The endorphins we release having fun together attach and attune us to each other and build strength, bonding and resilience. Your child can move freely between dancing and a resting area where they can draw or play with simple toys while still listening to the music. You are responsible for your own child's safety during the event. Thus I'm having to cancel Bliss Dance with Kids this Thursday again I'm busting to start it! so we will go ahead the Thursday after as long as the weather isn't forecast to be above 32 degrees. Best place to be with bubbas is in the water right now! Meanwhile I'm looking to source a big dance space that has air con for the hot days ahead. Any ideas please let me know.
