21.01.2022 Mindful health- I stumbled across this beautiful image and it really stood out to me. I looked at it and started realising that if you start from the bottom of the flower its stem is nice and straight, following the stem it leads us to the leaves or arms opened wide showing the heart of the flower then it takes us to the flower itself resembling our head. Its open, its beautiful and its clear! As we come to the end of mental health awareness week its such a reminder to do little things that make a big difference in how we feel about ourselves, that bring beauty to our inner self worth and just make us feel happy. This is a reminder you have permission to be happy!

18.01.2022 Weve had some changes As you know Blissed Bohemian is a small business ran by myself. Im a full time mum as well as a beauty professional who loves her job! As of recent due to high demand of clients, I have made a few changes to what treatments I will be offering. We will now be switching our focus from beauty treatments and focusing more on wellness/spa inspired treatments. I feel you are all so on top of your beauty game and are actually needing more targeted therapi...es & some me time treatments for yourselves. 15.01.2022 What does 2hr Tan mean? Its tanning season and recently Ive had a lot of you ask what actually is a 2hr tan? A 2hour spray tan is a spray tan applied and left on the skin for 2 full hours. After these 2hours have passed your able to shower and rinse of the bronzer sitting on top of your skin. As you wash the bronzer off what remains is the base of your tan, DHA. This is the key developing ingredient that gives your skin its golden glow. ... So after youve waited 2 hrs, had your quick rinse in the shower your left with a bit of colour. The tan will then keep developing and getting darker gradually for the next 6 hours. The beauty of this is that you dont have to walk around feeling sticky, looking dirty or being careful with your tan for a long time! You only need to do these things in the 2 hour time frame. This tan is suitable for everyone but especially mums or time poor women who need a quick tan and not a lot of waiting time. See more

Im a working mum and sometimes I definitely feel the pressure of not having enough hours in the day! However it is so very important for us all to dedicate some time to ourselves. I always tell my clients who love having massage as there time out to dedicate one night each month for their massage. Have it planned and booked so you can look forward to your time out.
