14.01.2022 I don’t do adrenaline at all it literally makes me have a panic attack or vomit. This year has been tough for so many people and we are so very blessed to have not had it really impact us. So am making changes to live my best life! Thank you to my beautiful friends for gently supporting me. Did I still nearly have a panic attack? Yes, but I have the skills to not let it impact my decisions.
