12.01.2022 E L O P E M E N T S Let's talk about it. Yep a lot of things suck right now and not being able to celebrate your special day the way you wanted to is one of them. BUT, all hope is not lost. If you post pone thats totally fair enough! But if all you want to do is marry the person you love then Elopements are the silver lining! Here's a list of things that are amazing about elopements;... They are super intimate. Just you and the person you love (and me in the bushes haha) There is next to no pressure so you can really relax and enjoy it. There's no timelines! You dont have to rush back for dinner, or finish your fun early to get to your reception. You can go anywhere! Hike to a cliff face? Yes! Adventure to a hidden waterfall? Also yes! In the middle of the snow? Also possible! (Following travel restrictions of course) They will save you lots of $$$. Generally elopements are less hours than a normal wedding day so therefore less time your vendors will have to charge. It doesnt have to be traditional at all! You could wear bright pink and epic! Rainbow! Florals! You could wake up and have a lunch time ceremony at a sweet air bnb. You can do what suits you guys! You can still celebrate later on when things are back to normal. Married now, party later! It may not be ideal but if you have your heart set on getting married then we can make it work, and we can make it EPIC! 05.01.2022 CONTROL THE CONTROLLABLES A valuable lesson that i've been learning at work over the past few weeks. Covid got me down, just like it has for a lot of us. But i've learnt that if I change my perspective and focus to what I can CONTROL then everything feels just a little bit lighter. I cant change Covid and I cant change how its effecting my business.
