I’ve had such a magical week, it’s school holidays so I’ve had some beautiful moments with my girl, hanging out with special friends and exploring nature, as well as some beautiful yoga classes with amazing souls joining, yet this morning I woke so heavy hearted and emotional, having a sleepless night with many shadows showing up for me but plenty of aha moments!!! I’m just a little bit excited with new restrictions we can do some yoga TOGETHER so this week I’ll be running my first class in what seems like forever, outdoors on my deck of course numbers will be limited due to space and current restrictions so please message me early to book a spot!
