Dance&Donate Every Tuesday evening... 1 May Holman drive Bassendean Doors open 6.30pm 1 Hour of FUN FITNESS ALL Profits to Charity This month is about opening up a space to talk about something that impacts ALL of us... Do you, or someone you know suffer with depression & anxiety?? It's time to Reach out, take new actions & try something different!! You know it's very common & it's such a seriously debilitating dis-ease of the mind, body & soul for the person suffering & everyone involved.. I've not only had depression & anxiety a fair bit throughout my life, I've also lost a few very special people who I had no idea were suffering so much!!! The saddest reality is the impact depression has on our young people.. It's up to all of us to break the cycle & share ourselves with the people in our lives.. Make a change..!!! Life is a celebration.. Just breathing is it!! Though Society, our families, our own expectations, the system, pressure, money, work life, stress, the PAST ect take us out of the present moment.. To just be!! One thing that has been proven to support those suffering is to get involved in a community group of people doing something you love.. Like Sport, dance, cooking, netball, footy, sewing, group meditation, mothers groups, study groups ect What ever you do just - Get Involved & Get Connected..!!! If there's no groups for what you love, create your own group.. The benefits will blow you away.. Come Shake What Ya Mama Gave Ya!!!! The benefits are real & last way beyond leaving the class sparkling with sweat!! Come make the biggest difference to yourself & others

01.01.2022 Zumba with Becci is finally starting back on the 9th of February Tuesday evening 7pm-8pm @ 1 May Holman drive Bassendean.. This year it's going to a little different as all money made from each class combined for the month is going to be donated to a person, business or organisation in the community that is in need!! For the month of February we will donate our money to the people & animals effected by the recent fires down south.. So to make the biggest difference the... class will cost $15 per person.. & the total amount from the 3 classes I'll run in Feb will go to that cause.. There will also be a miracles box at the class where you can fill in details of someone or something you would like the money to go to.. 11 gifts throughout 2016!! So Please Get Involved in this Bliss Movement!! & your weekly contribution can make the BIGGEST difference! Love & Peace
