22.01.2022 Please be kind to your cleaners. This letter has been taken from another company, but is very relevant for all cleaners and our lovely clients. We are way more than a maid or cleaning service. Yes, we see your bra and underwear and we learn SO much about you and your family by the little things. The beautiful pictures on the walls, left over dishes in the sink, your cat had an accident on the floor that you didnt see - we become way closer to you than you ever expect...ed and not in a creepy way! Lol. Every house and job is completely different. I would like to speak on behalf of all cleaning services out there, but we all have different values and hearts. I understand everyone has different eyes & picky about certain things. Cleaning is TOUGH. We are on our feet all day. Sometimes we are in weird positions and goofy angles to get in strange spots. Bending, squatting, lifting, this is the best workout, honestly. Before you judge a job and nit pick at the small little things that are most likely included in a deep cleaning (*wink wink*), please understand - maybe they were taking care of other small details. I stopped and noticed myself cleaning this napkin & paper towel holder today... which is definitely not on our checklist, but I knew it would make the kitchen brighter. I often scrub walls that are not included in our checklist but this is something that makes a difference! Again, I cannot speak for every cleaning service out there but please understand in reality, we can spend hours and hours perfecting your home. As a cleaner, we will NEVER be 100% satisfied. We will be happy with the transformation but there is ALWAYS something else to touch! Thanks for reading
