15.01.2022 Savings Tip #1 Stationery savings action plan - how to save 10% without speaking to your suppliers! The best way to keep office supplies costs down is to have a central stationery cupboard in each location and nominate one Stationery Master at each location. As returning to working from the office becomes normal again, it is timely to announce an office clean-up day where all staff empty their drawers and desks of stationery supplies, and only keep one of each item they need. All excess stock is collected by the Stationery Master, sorted, and then stored in the cupboard. You may find yourself pleasantly surprised that you will not need to order stationery for a month.
