20.01.2022 Good morning, We have recently had a tech update released to improve the functionality for all users. We now need to focus on helping those who had issues from one of the technical issues. ... The most productive way for us to move forward is to focus on the large amount of emails we have received. If you are waiting for an email, please also check your Junk/Spam/Promotions inboxes and if you still haven't received an email, please allow a few more days. 06.01.2022 Good morning, We have received confirmation that a substantial technical update was released last night which has improved functionality and usability both internally, as well as externally for you as the user. We have encountered an issue with this update which has stopped some android users being able to place an order.... We are aware of this issue and are working to have it fixed ASAP and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
