16.01.2022 Some of my work from today. I have ditched the dynamic day in favour of a repetition day. I feel like I get more carry over. So, did 7 doubles at 95-100kg - wei...ghts are down a bit due to a shitty knee and not being able to use any leg drive. Followed up with pause bench (sucked) and floor press (good). Then did 250+ reps of assorted crap for assistance work. See more
