23.01.2022 Started at 50kg. Then increased 5kg at a time each minute after that. Reaches a PB of 125kg. Even with a slight muscle strain in my upper back, I'm still putting in all the the effort I possibly can, every day, to get the progressive results I'm after. Are you putting all the effort you possibly can in to your life, to get the results you're after. If you're not getting the results you're after, reflect back on the levels of effort you're putting in, then re-adjust, the results will come.

01.01.2022 Even with no motivation, I have the attitude of F#*^k it, sitting here at the gym kicking through it It has been 10 days since the gyms re opening, so far, 18 ...visit with two days off, no training at all over the weekend. Life may be going shit and you lack motivation to do anything, but remember this: 'you still have to grind it out and push through the shit'. So if this is you, get up of your are, don't sit in self wallow, suffering, get up push through it. Don't allow yourself to ever begin to spiral downwards, if your motivation is disappearing at anytime, for anything you do regularly, say to yourself F#*^k it, then force yourself do do it. From a small downward day, you could all off a sudden see yourself facing a giant downward slope, in which you have no way to stop yourself going down, once you start, continuing till you hit the bottom. So ensure you keep grinding and doing what you need to do, to prevent that downward spiral occurring and taking hold. This is the only way you will move forward with life and achieve better outcomes.
