She hadnt been happy with her hair the last few times shed had it done and was excited to see if I could fix it for her. ... I always give my clients a very detailed consultation in which I find out their hair goals and also what they dont like. I advised Kim that with her colouring she would be better suited to an ashy natural blonde. Her current blonde was very yellow and clashing with her skin tone. Many of my first time clients have told me they get very anxious having to go to a salon and try to explain what theyd like done with their colour.
