Yayasan Sejuta Harapan atau Hands of Hope Indonesia mengajak teman-teman sekalian untuk membantu Sally (nama yang disamarkan ) seorang gadi...s berusia 13 tahun, berdomisi di dusun Wemelae, desa Wehali, kecamatan Malaka Tengah, Kabupaten Malaka Tengah. Sally oleh dokter di diagnosa tumor jinak kelenjar getah bening di payudara kiri dan kanan. Menurut orang tua Sally, awal mula kemunculan penyakit pada anak Sally berawal sejak Sally berumur 11 tahun. Pada saat itu Sally mengeluh bahwa di payudaranya ada sesuatu yang mengganjal dan terus membesar, tidak seperti anak-anak perempuan yang se-usia dengannya. Kedua orang tuanya membawanya untuk memeriksakan ke dokter, dan dari hasil diognosa dokter, Sally dinyatakan mengidap kelainan kelenjar getah bening. Pada tanggal 9 Februari 2018, tepatnya dua tahun yang lalu Sally di operasi di rumah sakit Siloam Kupang dan dari hasil operasi diketahui tidak ada kelenjar getah bening namun daging yang telah membatu. Dokter meminta izin kepada orang tua untuk operasinya dilanjutkan dengan memotong lagi sedikit bagian dari daging yang membatu. Dan pada saat ini penyakit yang di derita Sally tidak kunjung sembuh dan semakin membesar. Segala cara dan pengobatan alternatif telah di coba dan dilakukan oleh orang tua Sally demi putri mereka agar mendapatkan kesembuhan, namun belum ada perubahan pada kondisi Sally. Saat ini kondisinya makin memprihatinkan, payudaranya semakin membesar dan semakin berat bahkan sally sendiri mengeluh sakit pada bahunya karena penyakit yang Ia derita. Untuk sementara Sally juga diizinkan dari pihak sekolah untuk berobat sampai proses pengobatan selesai dan sembuh. Sudah dua bulan Sally tidak bersekolah karena merasa malu dengan kondisinya saat ini dan menghabiskan hari-harinya didalam kamar dan menangis. Rencananya orang tuanya akan membawa Sally untuk operasi di Jakarta, di rumah sakit Kramat Jati dan biaya yang di miliki oleh keluarga juga sangat terbatas karena selama ini sudah menghabisan banyak biaya untuk pengobatan anak mereka. Namun mereka masih kekurangan banyak dana dikarenakan keterbatasan ekonomi. Keluarga juga memiliki BPJS namun BPJS tidak dapat mengcover semua biaya pengobatan dan juga beberapa jenis obat yang juga tidak tercover oleh BPJS. Biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk operasi di Jakarta sekitar 70 juta di luar akomodasi dan transportasi yang cukup mahal pula.
