22.01.2022 I am so excited to share with you my new business Bloom Counselling Cancer Support. Unfortunately there are not many of us who do not know someone who has been affected by cancer. For me, among other family members, my beautiful mum and sister both died from this awful disease. Everyday at work as a nurse I see and hear so many people struggling to navigate the health system and what is happening to them when they have a cancer diagnosis.There is such a need for support from someone who understands and that is how Bloom was born. I offer counselling to anyone affected by a cancer diagnosis- patients, carers, friends, health care professionals, survivors- anyone who needs that extra support. 07.01.2022 It is really understandable to be anxious at this time,especially if your immunity is low. If you or someone you know needs support, I offer over the phone or face to face counselling-I have plenty of hand sanitizer,my room seating adheres to the 1.5 mt distance social distancing recommended and our space does not have a high traffic throughout so not too many people around at any one time.
