23.01.2022 RESCHEDULED!! PLEASE NOTE: The last few days have been a bit of a whirlwind of emotions for myself and my family with the loss of a very dear uncle. I planned on pushing ahead and doing the training however as I tell my customers so very often, sometimes you need to just take a couple of days to reset and that is ok. So, I have decided to move the training to next week so that I can give you all 100%. Creating a goal takes time and you really need to know key points in your business to have an achievable goal.... Like your values for example does your goal align with your values and serve your avatar as well as yourself? Do you evaluate your goals regularly? Making sure that you are staying in alignment to achieving them and aiming for new goals once you achieve the previous ones? Or are you do you create goals only to find that you didn’t keep them or don't know how to set them? 07.01.2022 A Fairy taught me a HUGE lesson in Business... I promise I am not crazy .. hear me out. My daughter is in love with Butter Beans cafe, for those that haven't seen it, it is about a fairy that cooks lots of treats in her cafe, she is a good soul that helps others, her rival is Miss Marmalady, who is often copies and tries to outdo Butterbean. ... So, I was watching this one episode with Mimi whilst trying to settle her before a nap and for some reason I was really drawn in. I was watching the scene play out and thinking WOW... this is SO relevant to real life. Butterbean was going to make a Quiche for the Mayor, Marmalady wanted to beat her and make a better one but she is a terrible cook, so she faked a bad ankle so that Butterbean would make a quiche for her that she could then claim as her own. Of course the ending was that Marmalady was caught out. The whole time though Butterbean remained true to herself and never once chastised or spoke poorly of Marmalady, in fact the opposite. Which got me thinking There are two cafes, each selling the same thing. The difference, The Owner. I tell my customers this ALL the time, people will come to you for YOU. There will be plenty of other businesses out there that offer the same services and products as you. Some may copy, compete and maybe even 'poach' from you, it is disheartening BUT if your customer is for you, they will stay, why, because of YOU. If you stay true to yourself, your values, your beliefs and brand then not only will you feel good, your customers will too AND unlike Miss Marmalday, you won't be left feeling disappointed & deflated at the end of the day. So when you are feeling down, feeling that you are not good enough and doubting yourself, embrace your inner Butterbean, remind yourself that YOU are unique and THAT is why people will come and keep coming back, to YOU!
