03.01.2022 Nicknamed The ABC Crew Cake This was the cake I created and decorated with @halinabacz at Bloom Estate on the final day of 3 days filming for Movin’ To The Country, @abctv new show that aired last month. What most people don’t know is that between toddler wrangling and replying to customers after the previous day’s filming, I ended up working all through the night to bake this triple layered lemon butter cake and fill it with our homemade rose petal jam. It still wasn’t q...uite ready though when the TV crew arrived at 6:30am the next morning! What I can’t believe, is that my little munchkin slept through all the clanging and clattering in the kitchen, mixmasters going.. the lot! I hope you’ll join me at Bloom Estate in a COVID free / minimised future for all our high tea delicacies like this one!
