15.01.2022 HERE IT IS! What’s coming this year to Bloom... Our team continues to grow as we welcome Vanessa Quinlan from @prosperkinesiology . She will begin to offer her unique combination of Kinesiology, yoga & spiritual wisdom treatments from February 2nd! She is already one of the valued Yoga & Pilates teachers as well! Laura will offer her lovely massage & rituals on Mondays, Tuesdays, Friday’s and some Saturdays. @laura_bloomholisticcollective ... Tessa will be offering our 100% certified organic Ayurvedic treatments from @aika_truewellness along with her own fantastic traditional beauty skills from Wednesday’s - Saturday’s! @tessa_bloomholisticcollective The wonderful teaching team will continue to share their passion, yogic philosophies and skills with you each and every time you step on the mat with our 22 Classes per week. Jodie will provide all her heartfelt treatments on Tuesdays, Thursdays & some Saturdays until May, when she will add in Wednesday’s. From February - April Jodie has been chosen to participate in the Toltec Artist of Spirit training program in Spiritual and Energetic Coaching So she will be expanding her skill set for you all each Wednesday during that time. This is a highly regarded course taught by Diana Adkins & @heatherashamara and based on the teachings of @donmiguelruiz (Jodie is just a tad excited!) Keep an eye on the website and socials for the Workshops & Courses in each term. These include: Beginners Yoga & Pilates, Yoga Nidra, Restorative, Zen Mama, Conscious Pregnancy & Beyond Yoga plus informative evenings on Women’s Wellness, Stress Reduction Naturally, Happy Hormones, Mental Health, Burnout and much more. Lastly, we can’t wait to see all your beautiful smiling faces in the studio and treatment space.
