All most welcome, no experience necessary to join in Next Saturday the 7th of July, 7am at the fitness trail. $15 cash on the day, bookings essential. Saturday 7th July 7-8am Fitness trail opposite the duck ponds Boxing for fitness, no experience needed All fitness levels, ages and newcomers most welcome ... $15 cash on the day, don't forget your towel and water too!
