25.01.2022 This is one the many very splendid views from our Bushland Park here in Lobethal. This is one of the very special places that is healing after the December fires This is where you will find me on Tuesday evenings. ... It feels like an eternity since we have been together face to actual face to yoga. I am so very happy to say that this our new yoga home for us to be together once again. I have cried A LOT over the last many months over many things. One of which was moving from our " old"special yoga home. But many magical creatures made many magical things happen to make this very magical space for available for us. I cried a lot just sitting here with this view so very thankful we have this space to feel within, around, and alongside of. I imagine many a sensation will be felt when we come together again next Tuesday. And a feelings are very much welcome xx It is fully booked for in house adult classes but we do still have zoom availability and recorded classes if you would like to join from your own safe space. Please reach out if you would like more info. I am super excited to be offering kids classes again in September so keep an eye out for more details soon. Xxx Tam

15.01.2022 A Flight of Dragonfly Has been the project of 2020 The creature who has been around for millions of years. ... She has known her share of hardships. She has been with me for many moons. I knew this was our town when we came across butterfly valley which also was the keeper of a million dragon fly. Their home has since been burnt this year. But I was so very happy to see them out to play again this season. She has been tattooed across my shoulders for many years, to be exact 8 years. The day I took my last anti depressant tablet. A week after I travelled all the way to and through Paris with my then 4 year old. Without a panic attack insight. She has held me steady while I have swam so very deeply into the pit of my own being. The spirit who holds the key to the magic of illusion and of changing form. Adaptability The flexibility to change ones direction in a heart beat With courage With grace freedom choice She is said to bring the messages of wisdom from tiny nature spirits With The essence of the winds of change carry her forward Adaptability Lightness And Joy She is the gift of transformation Of light and illumination She holds She knows when one is ready ...... #change #spiritlove #hold on

13.01.2022 The greatest piece of advice my dad has told me, right from a little girl, is "just keep chipping away lovey". He has a great story about sheep poo, a shovel and 400 wheel barrow loads over 12 months. If you know him ask him about it ;) This is what the wonderful girls who joined in our class at Burnside Library practiced today .... Never give up! Being human is tricky. We all have a little gremlin in our heads that tell us we cant do this, no good at that, just give up. ... Persitance, patience, self compassion So proud of the girls today. I put them through there paces with some tricky moves and challenges. There sweet reward was a blissful relaxation and smiles from ear to ear "I am glad I didnt give up, relaxation is the best!" Thanks to the amazing Burnside library for hosting us and your wonderful technical expertise.
