25.01.2022 Self care Sunday I used my birthday voucher from The Body Shop to purchase these two face masks. The Himalayan charcoal mask purifying glow mask works by drawing out impurities and helps the appearance of pores. ... The Amazonian Acai energising radianace mask works by moisturising your face to give you a radiant glow. I have only use them a couple of times and i am already seeing a difference. The Himalayan charcoal has really helped clear up some pimples and i always love anything that will make my skin glow. Why not treat yourself this sunday by unwinding and putting a facemask on

23.01.2022 Tuesday Tip/Reminder -To Love yourself. How many of you can say you love yourself completely? To be honest I know i can't, but i am working on it. I have my days where i feel good and others where i just feel so bleh about myself. It's definitely a long process, not one that happens over night and you still are going to have your odd bad day. All that counts is that you are trying! You can start small by picking one thing you like about yourself and embrace it! Not only wil...l you feel great but you will look great! Your inner beauty shines through when you actually believe you are beautiful. There is only one you. Only you can change how you feel about yourself, no one else can. So stop listening to those little voices in your head and start listening to the words "You are Beautiful!" And repeat them to yourself everyday Now let me hear you say "I AM BEAUTIFUL"

15.01.2022 Just Breathe. Sometimes life can get very overwhelming. Things just don't work out or happen like we want them to. These are the times we need to forgot about our wants and focus on our needs. And that need is as simple as taking a step back to just breathe.... Being overwhelmed and stressed not only effects your mental health but your physical health too. The longer you keep trying to push on the longer it takes to get back up. There has to be a balance. Just remember you CAN and WILL get back up! You just need to breathe!

I have been doing makeup since 2010. 5 fun facts about me are: 1. I love birds, i have 2 cockatiels that i treat as my own children. ... 2. I am a big geek at heart. 02.01.2022 I know you haven't heard from me for a while and i am really sorry about that. I had to take a step back and focus on my mental and physical health. Although i am still not where i want to be, you have to take it day by day. I wanted to come back on here and connect with you all and try and get my creative juices flowing again. I hope you all have been staying safe and keeping well. Times have definitely been tough and uncertain, but in all of this it is even more important to take care of yourself. I would love to know what you have been doing in your "me time" or even self love time.
