09.01.2022 It’s been a big week in our house. We now have 2 kiddies at big school. I am still adjusting as much as the kids. It’s strange being in a quiet empty house after 9 years of being a stay at home mum. I love my job as a mother. It’s a big responsibility raising little people to be respectful and good big people.... Once I adjust to my new normal. I will be setting myself up with regular clinic hours (watch this space). In the mean time, I will continue to be at Bellingen Markets & appointments on request. In other news. I created the yummiest of dinners last night. A mushroom soup based lasagna. Since the littlest person in our house can’t have tomatoes. We haven’t had lasagna for a long time. Well. Lasagna is back on the menu everyone loved it (which is a feat in any house with young children) & it’s another meal I can put heaps of vegies & herbs in so we all get a good boost of fiber & vitamins. He loves his family & would do anything to make our lives a little easier. ... Today he spent several hours helping to improve my internet connection in my home office. Then there is the dad to my crazy kids. My partner in crime on this crazy parenting roller coaster. Thank you for everything that you provide our family. 02.01.2022 Getting ready for another Bellingen market. This month I am trialing a lip balm using my infused oils. It always fascinated me the colours nature provides.... What got me today was the way my lemon tea tree changed colour during infusion. I started with green dried leaves & ended with brown grey leaves.
