Renee Pye showed us arou...nd her farm and we made a pit stop in the carrot section (a casual 100 acre space!). Here they grow 38% of our states Carrots - how nuts is that?! 23.01.2022 This year more than ever, shopping with local brands has the potential to uplift entire communities. I am still not over the pain in my heart from our mini loc...kdown, watching my local cafe's and restaurants emptying their fridge contents/perishables into trailers 15 minutes before it became illegal for us to be in our shops and stores. Getting daily emails reminding us and other business owners that we would face fines for working, being in our stores and even our manufacturing had to stop... Meanwhile it was still approved to go shopping at several large chain stores selling imported products? We had just started booking in clients and workshops after 6 months of bans of celebrations. We had also just started catching up on our production, stamping and packaging backlog (slowed down by 1.5m social distancing) in mail centres, the product stamping facility and even my printers.. When lockdowns happen, it's easy to shop with international websites.. they look like a bargain. But when you shop with a local Australian website or store.... that money goes back into your local winery, coffee shop, hairdresser, dance studio, pub, photo studio or dress shop. What you put into your local community comes back to you. So this Christmas... shop with the local businesses, shop with Australian owned brands, buy things for the people that you love... that are made BY the people you love. and in turn, the money you spend comes back to you in local job opportunities, cafe's and dress shops that will survive because of you - and they have the ability to give your children or grandchildren jobs in the future. An international online store is not going to offer your 15 year old his or her first job. They won't even know they exist, but your local shop owner does - and will remember your name when you visit.

10.01.2022 Our farm is back in action ! There is some beautiful Rainbow Fresh produce coming your way... please be patient with us as we recover from the which destroyed... our processing plant. We are slowly getting back on the shelves and restaurant plates, look out for Rainbow Fresh at supermarkets, Green Grocers and Restaurants.
