23.01.2022 Take me back to the island.... where finger painting was on the daily schedule and shoes were optional. How would you like to be relaxing this fine Sunday?

23.01.2022 One of my favourite annual events of the year. The phenomenonal female speakers, great food and company, its an afternoon of fun, laughter and inspiration. One of my planners will also be given away at this amazing event. If you haven't got your ticket, you'd better hurry because it's almost sold out!!

We all have on of those unrelenting voices in our head that likes to tell us that "I am not good enough" "I am stupid" "I am too old" "I am lazy" (I've even affectionately named my inner critic, Negative Nancy). We are and always have been so much more. We are the creators of our own life. We don't want to be spectators watching our life go by and believing everything our inner critic tells us. We are the visionary, the maker and the action taker. The choice is ours in regards to who we want to be and how we want to show up in the world. How are you choosing to finish this sentence? 15.01.2022 I'm loving Eckhart Tolle's book, A New Earth. I bought the book 10 years ago and I started it and then it's sat on my bookshelf ever since. The book has popped up in front of me again as a recommendation from a friend and now I can see that back then I wasn't ready for the wisdom that was contained within, but I feel that I am now. When you are open and ready, the universe will give you exactly what you need. . What book are you diving into and loving at the moment?

09.01.2022 I had fun rocking it out (excuse the pun ) at the Defence Community Organisation's Ladies Wellness Day. Chatting about all things kindness and painting kindness rocks. We can all do with a little kindness woth how things are in the world right now. Kindness towards ourselves, others and our world is vital, as is teaching our younger generations to be kind by first modelling it ourselves. Modelled a little kindness myself by finishing off with a secret little kindness love bomb under everyone's chair. Thanks so much for having me again this year. #kindnessrocks

08.01.2022 Today is R U Ok? Day. Know that it's more than ok to not be ok. Know that you are loved and supported if you don't feel ok. And it's definitely ok to ask for help. . If you see someone else struggling, ask the simple question of "R U Ok?" Sometimes the simplest of questions and the smallest connections can make the biggest difference.

I am so excited to hear of the amazing things she keeps bringing and sharing with the world and the space she is moving her brand into. I can't wait to watch and hear more unfold. .
