16.01.2022 Well picked and packed for tomorrow’s delivery to Albany. Six Degrees, The Garrison, Emu point cafe, Dylan’s on the Terrace are just a few who’ll be sporting my flowers upon their dishes. Looking forward to eventually supplying the whole of the Great Southern and perhaps further afield. Who knows what’s ahead but the path is certainly looking colourful

01.01.2022 Greetings and Welcome to Blooms of Balijup. I’m excited to share my seasonal edible flowers with the Great Southern community. The organically grown flowers are from Heirloom stock, open pollinated, non hybrid and non GMO seeds with no chemical treatments. The soil is enriched with a molasses and milk mix, feeding the microbes to create a healthy humus. My gardens are a vibrant healthy eco system, brimming with frogs, bees and butterflies. I grow around 30 species of plants, ...shrubs all with edible flowers and some edible leaves. As well as blossoms from the orange and lemon citrus trees. Availability of flower variety’s change from season to season. I’m excited to bring edible flowers back into everyday life, increasing health benefits through natural nutrition, and creating inspiring dishes full of visual stimulation.
