21.01.2022 This picture was taken in Williamstown Botanical Gardens, and is one of my most favorite locations. I love coming here to connect with nature and to meditate. Whenever I am here I always feel calm, centered and grounded. It’s such a beautiful feeling. Connecting with nature is a great grounding technique. Nature is a natural healer and being in nature will automatically raise your vibration.
