04.01.2022 I would like to see a comprehensive study done tracking Women’s mental health (re PTSD) with the focus being Women starting/experiencing IVF including any loss they may have had along the way and what is happening for them when/if they do successfully deliver a healthy Baby. I’d strongly suggest the PTSD stats would be a lot higher!

03.01.2022 Thanks to Esme for sharing - my clients know that I am super passionate about postpartum care for Women. Even if you think you’re fine, the Fourth Trimester (postpartum) is where self care is ESSENTIAL. All this planning goes into TTC and being pregnant but very few Women actually plan around recovery or rehabilitation of any kind. Yes, being a new Mum is challenging just with the arrival of new little humans but we pay a price with not just our bodies further down the track. Further, Women need to stay inside the realm of Women’s Health Specialists once postpartum also, the difference in care and service delivery is massive! Remember, once postpartum always postpartum! Fave Women’s Health Physio/Specialists listed in comments (not in any order and remember I’m based on the Northside).
