17.01.2022 We are feeling the heat too... Here are a few tips that can help to keep you cool! 1. Keep your blinds closed. 2.Closing off rooms will prevent the cool air from permeating these areas during the hottest part of the day. ... 3. Fill a mixing bowl with ice and position it at an angle in front of a large fan, so that the air whips off the ice at an extra-chilled temperature. 4.Turn on your bathroom & Kitchen exhaust fans. They pull the hot air out of your room. 5. Focus on the temperature in your body, not the house. Drink iced drinks to applying a cold cloth to strong-pulsed areas like your neck and wrists, 7.
