If you’re unwell, have symptoms, have been in contact with anyone who is unwell/has symptoms, you must reschedule your appointment. If we feel you’re unwell/ showing symptoms you will be asked to leave. You MUST sanitise upon entry into the salon. The three of us will be wearing masks and the government recommend clients to wear masks, but it’s not mandatory. Magazines have been removed so bring your own reading material. Please be honest with us and we’ll recommend you products to use. Salon quality products purchased from a hair salon or approved stockist are acceptable. Anything purchased at the supermarket, chemist warehouse, Priceline or online are not suitable to be using on ...your hair. Salon quality products are designed for you to get the best result from your colour as well as keeping your hair in the best possible condition. Used correctly these products should last many months without needing to repurchase. In some cases we’ll recommend you salon quality products to use on your hair BEFORE we book you in for your lightening service to improve the condition of your hair and prevent chemical reactions from occurring. We only want the best for you and your hair and don’t want the stress and worry of your hair melting off while colouring. Thanks for reading
