20.01.2022 We had a great day on Wednesday with our Beef Production Field Day. Fantastic roll up of over 100 people. Great talks and commercial displays. A wonderful lunch put on by Coota Park Blue-E and Bush Goddess Feasts that raised nearly $2000 for Headspace Cowra. Thanks to all who came along and to our many helpers on the day. We just snuck in before the bad weather and more restrictions, feeling blessed.

17.01.2022 Snapped this fella in the wet and cold yesterday. He comes from the Coota Park Blue-E M301 stable, such a magnificent group of sons by the sire M301. 16.01.2022 This is a line of our yearling Blue-E heifers, just finished their feed efficiency test. Have also been recording their methane production each day with Greenfeeders. Scanning with Roger Evans on Monday and then preg testing the following week. With full set of $Profit performance figures, we will know alot about these girls over the next couple of weeks.We will also then be testing how much methane they are producing when they are out on grass as well, as heifers then as cows.

This wonderful bull is Lot 10 P470. Top 1% for Feed:Gain. Top 15% for $Profit. Wonderful temperament on this bull. 826 kg off grass.

We are a f...amily owned holistically managed business on 10,500 acres in the Macquarie Valley with a focus on balancing production with soil health. Duties will be largely stock focused so low stress stock handling skills and good working dogs would be an advantage.
