We are offering pathways for people who have completed Certificate III in Hospitality traineeship that would like to further their skills and advance in their career. In our established organisation you will be encouraged to pursue more specialised areas that may be of interest and management positions. You will have the opportunity to learn and develop in a professional and supportive workplace with exposure to different areas in the business including the Restaurant, Bar, Function rooms, Housekeeping, Admin and Motel reception. This is a Permanent Part Time role working 20 hours minimum per week across a 7-day rotating roster. Extra hours may be offered. This Traineeship would require a minimum commitment of 1 or 2 years to complete the traineeship and on-the-job training and development. National traineeship wages and conditions apply. Further career advancement is highly offered and encouraged in our organisation and we do offer incentive payments.
