23.01.2022 INCREDIBLE These photos were taken yesterday at Evans Lookout and Govetts Leap Lookout in the Blue Mountains as a terrifying fire tore through the overlooking... bushland. Photographer Nina Lipscombe said the lookouts were serene despite the waterbombers working hard overhead. "Many people just sat quietly - taking in the gravity of the situation unfolding before their eyes. The mood is both tense and calm all at the same time. Even the trees, dry to the core, seemed to be on high alert as the smoke was billowing out in front. It's both a fascinating and depressing site to see." : Nina Lipscombe Art

22.01.2022 You do not see this every day. Kangaroo enjoying a run with the horses at Cessnock race track. The Roo took off across the track and made it safely off the course.
