23.01.2022 Alice's on the Water is situated in the beautiful Karbeethong area of Mallacoota and sits approximately 30 metres from the Lake and Karbeethong jetty. The views are spectacular and uninterrupted with nothing but trees, lake and mountains to see. BRING YOUR BOAT. JETTY AVALIBLE within walking distance at a small daily price. Upstairs features 3 renovated bedrooms, kitchen, newly renovated bathroom, laundry/toilet and large living area with flatscreen tv, dvd/vhs player and st...ereo. The well equipped kitchen has an induction cooktop and oven as well as a microwave and large pantry. Sleeps 7. Downstairs are 2 large bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with a queen size bed. There is also a 2 way bathroom, sink and chill out/kids area with a flat screen.Sleeps 4 There is a good sized deck with family size Weber and outdoor setting. Min 4 nights stay.
