11.01.2022 With the recent easing of restrictions, we are now making small steps on our way to opening our doors at Mosman Park (yay!). At this stage, well continue to hold our sessions online, while also welcoming up to 8 guests in our space. If youre looking to join us for meditation in person, please email [email protected]. If we fill the spaces before we hear from you, well do our best to save you a seat with us over the next few weeks!

08.01.2022 Dear friends, To celebrate the end of the year, we will have a special meditation this week, Wednesday 9 December at 6:30pm, in the garden on the deck area. It will be 'in person only', the online meditation will resume next week. We will start the evening with a blessing ceremony for Guanyin, followed by a meditation and refreshments. 01.01.2022 With the recent declaration of a Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, Blue Body is responding by working towards minimizing risk and maintaining the health of the community. With that in mind, we will continue to offer meditation classes with additional precautions in place. Meditation is going ahead this week on Wednesday 18 March. If you choose to join us, please: . ensure you wash your hands when arriving and leaving Blue Body... . bring your own blanket and pillow . maintain a safe distance between each other the chairs will be spaced further apart from each other . be aware that we will stop serving fruit for the time being . if you are feeling unwell or are experiencing any symptoms, please consider practicing your meditation at home.
