09.01.2022 It just shows you that when we clean out our oil weekly every Tuesday the chips and everything else looks delicious and amazing once they have been cooked . Our fryers really get a work out through the week and I’ve been informed which is a good thing and great feedback that recently over the last few days the chips were soggy and not good. I had realised also that I had used other oil which had been different from the usual oil we use , this could of also been the issue . I apologise if they were not up to the quality that I most stand up too with all our fried food and hope you try them again
