19.01.2022 2020 was a whirlwind of a year. Despite set back after setback, leaving my corporate career, losing my best friend, almost losing my favourite lady a month after to a critical car accident, getting into debt and being diagnosed with psychosis for the second time in my short lil life, I am happy and in control of my health. My confidence has grown immeasurably, I face my fears and paranoia oh the daily, I have created a body of work that crosses the boundaries of food and art. I am whole and complete and proud of everything I have overcome to bring me here. None of this would be possible without my biggest fan and supporter @thepeopleversus - thank you for giving me the gift of patience and love, and holding my hand through every cake crisis and speed bump along the way

16.01.2022 Strawberry and champagne cake A twist on the classic Victoria sponge and one of my favourite recipes Ive created over the last few months. Soft vanilla sponge layered with champagne chantilly cream and fresh strawberries. I dont drink and have no tolerance for alcohol so I may have got a bit tipsy licking the bowl on this one
