22.01.2022 MORE GOOD NEWS - Stamp Duty abolished for First Home Buyers. Although many of our clients are 2nd and 3rd home owners when they build, there is some more Good News today for First Home Owners who choose to build with us. From the 1st July 2017 you will be exempt from paying Stamp Duty on your land if your House & Land package is less then $600,000. This will help a number of my clients get into the housing market, so feel free to share the good news with your family and friends. Regards. David

22.01.2022 GOOD NEWS - The Reserve Bank of Australia has decided to leave the official cash rate unchanged at 1.5%. The rate has not changed since September 2016

17.01.2022 Here's a new home that I did the design work on last year, for a client in Torquay. The brief included an open plan living with north facing meals area, hilite windows to raked ceiling above, large alfresco area and a beach facade (of course) being on the Surfcoast. This home came up a treat, and was proudly built by GJ Gardner Homes after I provided the costings on this custom design. Now we have some very happy clients. David Graham building consultant

15.01.2022 GOOD NEWS - The Reserve Bank has again decided to leave official interest rates steady over June. Signs are emerging of an easing in housing market activity with auction clearance rates in Melbourne and Sydney fading over May.

09.01.2022 INTEREST RATES ON HOLD The Reserve Bank of Australia has announced that in its Board meeting today, it has decided to keep the cash rate unchanged at 1.50%. It's expected that most lenders will leave their variable interest rates unchanged following the announcement. ...
