09.01.2022 It's unfortunate that I have to implement a policy around no shows but it has been occurring fairly regularly. I do understand that sometimes things do happen that are out of someone's control but when you receive reminders about your appt and still don't show up or let me know it's very frustrating. It's upsetting that some people do not have any respect for me, my time and also my regular and loyal clients. When you don't show up, that is an hour of my time that I do not g...et paid for. It also doesn't leave me anytime to fill the appt with someone on my wait list. 1) If you make an appt with me and you do not show up, then you are unable to make another appt until you pay for the appt you have missed. 2) If you arrive late to your appt, then you will only receive the time that is left and you will be required to pay the full appt fee. So many of you become great friends of mine and I'm so lucky to have such amazing people in my life!!
