23.01.2022 You can do this stretch before or after a workout. I prefer after, as it really helps me chill out afterwards. It doesnt look pretty, but its effective. The steps are in the post, but I want to emphasis how important it is to come out of the stretch S-L-O-W-L-Y. And you need to put a timer on, stay in the stretch for 2 mins. Enjoy.

19.01.2022 Recently I was chatting to a friend from Byron Bay, she was lamenting the need to get fit, and not knowing what to do. My answer was simple. Just start with a walk and build from there. Shes now on her 3rd week of walking, shes keeping her self accountable by posting photos of her walks and her confidence is growing in what she can do...And more importantly what she can see is possible. Sometimes we stall. We dont mean to. But we do. We make excuses for not starting now. When you do that, time sneaks on by, and before you know it. A week has turned to 4, a month into 3. Well you get the idea.... Your fitness plan doesnt have to be complicated. Just start and be consistent.

19.01.2022 Sweaty sports bras can be a drama to get out of especially during summer. So try this hack instead. Its relates to the sports bras with no clips that crossover at the back. Ive been doing it this way for years, without and issues to the bras. Its just so much easier than trying to pull a sweaty bra over your head.

For me, exercising in the morning is my time-out. I go into the exercise tunnel and when I come out Im ready for anything. Exercise helps me focus and be present. Better stability means less issues with hips and knees, because its all connected.
