25.01.2022 Big shoutout to Nathan! He joined us a couple of months ago and is becoming an asset to the team. His aptitude, attitude and drive to be the best he can be has seen him on a near vertical learning curve. He is not only very easy to impart knowledge on but handles criticism (which Ben can deal in spades) perfectly. He uses it and strives to be better, it’s rare. Now it’s time for us to reinvest in moulding Nathan as he and the rest of our team form the keystone to our success. In the coming weeks We will be sending him to do his C6 slew crane license. Thereafter we will begin the process of building an operator. Nathan, when we are done with you, you’ll be able to get a job anywhere you want in this industry. Well done!

20.01.2022 Out this morning with Ben in the 35 and Darcy and Nathan under the hook. Tasked with throwing Air-conditioners at radius it was the perfect opportunity to invest in Nathan’s training. Darcy has worked with Ben for sometime now, he knows the processes and the level of performance that is expected. Nathan did a fantastic Job today under Darcy’s watchful eye.
