23.01.2022 Our students at the Adelaide Potters Club have been very industrious this term and Alison, Jan and myself are excited Join them in this 1st annual Students and Teachers Exhibition. Festivities kick off around 2 on may 6 at the club hope you can join us :)

22.01.2022 Don't often get to do a Raku firing but had a bit of fun at the club a few weeks ago on one of our Raku nights. My wee handbuilt boat looked fantastic sailing through the dusk from the kiln to the reduction chamber. It's always exciting watching the colour develop in the glazes. But so hard to capture on the camera. The interior has such great copper lustre and the exterior some lovely little stories where the glazes have been layered and wiped back to reveal the surface textures. Gotta do some more of these for sure :)

21.01.2022 POPPIES! <3 a wee commission for someone very special :) My dad wanted something special to show his appreciation to someone who shone light and positivity into every day of his 6 weeks of radio therapy at the New Royal Adelaide Hospital so we put our heads together and I finally unloaded these from the kiln a couple of days ago.

20.01.2022 YAY Mugs Day!!! our 5th Mugs Day event is only a couple of sleeps away and boy do we have some gorgeous mugs arriving. Every thing from lovely toasty wood fired, sumptuous shinos, Fab frolicky hand decorated to contemporary minamalistic... waiting to be topped up with our yummy mulled wine... Sunday, It's going to be a great day :)

05.01.2022 Pretty well perfect weather for the work shop last week at the Adelaide Potters Club. We had a fabulous day Monoprinting on clay, can't wait to see these lovely peices once they have been glaze fired :) Well done everyone!
