25.01.2022 It was truly remarkable to meet such a wonderful couple. Amy and her partner, Mike spent four days at our motel. We had the chance to get to know each other a little better during their stay. We found out that they work at a hostel and they even recommended us a local restaurant. A few hours later, we decided to go out and found ourselves next to their table at Fat Freddy's Beach Bar & Diner Such a wonderful surprise - we thought. We even got invited for a drink by them as they wanted to thank us for a great time at Blue Heron Motel. Hopefully, they will be able to be back to Mermaid Beach during the Christmas period so we can meet again.
