Study and work if you cant do it from home Outdoor exercise and recreation is limited to you and the members of your household, or you plus one other person if you do not live with them. Public gatherings - During the stay at home period, a person who ordinarily resides in the Restricted Area must not arrange to meet, or organise a gathering of, more than one other person for a common purpose at a public place. In line with advice from the Victorian Chief Health Officer, the Victorian Government has announced that if you live in metropolitan Melbourne or Mitchell Shire, you must wear a face covering when you leave your home from 11.59pm on Wednesday 22 July 2020.
