08.01.2022 Wow, what an "unexpected journey!" Given the task to create a Lord of the Rings themed floral display, I initially had no idea where to start. Then at 3am one morning, I woke up with the thought of a Hobbit door... but where to begin? So I got a little crafty in the studio, so much fun by the way, and slowly came up with the "base". Then the rest just came into place easily. My favourite bit was making the actual Hobbit door - a layer of cardboard followed by little wooden cr...aft sticks. I am very happy with the end result and so was my customer & now friend, Barbara, who asked me to make something special for her Son's Birthday - He is a mad Lord of the rings fan!
