The protection and management of forests, both new and native is so important for the planet, environment, and the industry. We are proud to be now distributing rare sustainably sourced native timber from the forests of far north Queensland. The Branch 95 project not only manages a vast area of native timber, but it also creates jobs for the indigenous people of this ancient wo...odland. Sustainably creating regrowth in the undergrowth by selective thinning of older trees helps the forest floor plants and animals thrive, whilst increasing CO2 uptake into younger trees. This product ticks all the boxes using state of the art technology that maximises product recovery and uniformity whilst minimising envronmental impacts. SmartOak can be laminated without joints showing and be stained any colour with great effect. This unique product which would otherwise have been woodchipped has been transformed into the current photos displayed on our page.
